At Chicago's Moto restaurant, executive chef Homaro Cantu combines science and cooking into an unusual experience.Floating food with liquid nitrogen and helium. Searing steaks with lasers. Sheets of soybean paper into a Canon i560 inkjet printer. Wierd but wonderful.
