A survey performed by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) found that out of more than 2,000 people 17% wasn’t sure how to tell when their turkey is properly cooked. Also 8 out of 10 wash their turkey before cooking. This significantly increases the risk of food poisoning. Read the full article here...
